… had a dream. They wanted to build something beautiful, important and serious that could tranform their passions and skills into every day work.
So, Bucătăria De Acasă opened one saturday evening on the 15th of decembre 2012.
Ever since our intentions have been to serve you natural home cooked food, without vegetable stock cube, flavor enhancers and improvers or added chemicals.
And because we have countryside origins, and come from a fairytale authentic world, where cooked mashed corn was made out of hand worked corn, where potatoes or grapes were gathered one by one in autumn, while thanking the ground under our knees for the harvest and where we used to drink milk right from the bucket our grandfather used to milk the cow in the stable…
This are the reasons why we try to fool time and his passing to quicly… we want to help you rediscover simple and healty food, cooked slowly with nothing else then patience and dedication.
This way we give a meaning to the love and care our parents and grandparents filled us with… we pass forward their hugs and caresses through our meals that we so hope that get to your hearts.
